Tickets & Registration

Starting January 2026, we are excited to offer PayPal Pay in 3, giving you more flexibility to spread the cost of your tickets over three interest-free payments.

Simply ensure you all select the same wave time at initial purchase! Please note, once they’re full – they’re full, we won’t be able to make any additional room. We can only allow you to race with your friends if availability allows.

Please keep in mind that wave times do sell out – once they’re full, they’re full! We highly recommend booking quickly to avoid missing out on your preferred slot.

Once you have selected your ticket category, you will be prompted to choose your specific wave time in the next step; should you have any questions during the process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

You can select your category on the specific event page on The Hybrid Games website.

Your original ticket purchaser will have received an email with your NEW tickets from our updated ticket platform. This will not be an email directly from The Hybrid Games. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Please note that we no longer offer a resale option; however, you can protect your booking by choosing insurance at the time of purchase or take advantage of our free re-personalisation service if you need to transfer your ticket.

As we concentrate our efforts on delivering the best event possible, we are no longer involved in ticket resales; instead, we now offer free name changes if you need to re-personalise your ticket, along with the option to purchase insurance for those who want the security of a full refund.

Children under 10 will not require a spectator ticket.

We have a strict no cancellation/refund policy.

If you can no longer attend, we recommend selling your ticket on our official resale platform – Ticketswap.

Alternatively, you can sell your ticket privately & follow the re-personalisation steps.

Schedule & Logistics

Starting January 2026, we are excited to offer PayPal Pay in 3, giving you more flexibility to spread the cost of your tickets over three interest-free payments.

As of January 2026, you’ll know your start time straight away!

To ensure a smooth start to your race, please head to the check-in area at least 90 minutes before your wave time.

You will need to present your photo ID and your ticket (either on your phone or printed).

This varies from person to person, as some athletes like to arrive early & take in the atmosphere, others would prefer to arrive & race! However, we strongly recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before your start time.

You’ll be issued a timing chip when you sign it at registration. Our timing system is recognised worldwide, and will ensure every athlete gets clear results for each station.

We’ve got the best judges & they’ll be watching your every move, at every station!

Currently we plan to have only 20-30 in each wave to ensure the track is kept nice and clear for participants

There is no official cut-off time for completing The Hybrid Games. We believe in the spirit of participation and celebrating everyone’s effort!

Race Format

Yes, we’ll be using state of the art weights at The Hybrid Games.

Each station will have different penalties. Please visit our Penalties document for more information.

The weights for mixed doubles will be scaled on the DB Snatches. All other stations will be men’s weight.

You can find all the specific details regarding the weights for each movement in our comprehensive movement standards document. We highly recommend reviewing this document thoroughly before the event.

Runs 1 through 10 are each 600 metres. The final sprint finish is 200 metres.

Yes! Our movement standards are available on our website. If you follow our social channels, our athletes will be giving clear & concise demonstrations prior to the event.
