As a fitness race founded on the principle of being accessible for all, we rely entirely on the very same community to help us deliver the best possible atmosphere and ensure our race runs smoothly and safely!

Being a Judge at The Hybrid Games gives you track access, and an opportunity to be right in and amongst the action cheering people on, policing our movement standards, and being that voice in the ear of those who need that extra bit of motivation. Race Day simply wouldn’t be the same without this incredible team.

We have the following Judging Roles available:

• Technical Manager: Our core leadership team who will travel with us to every race. The Technical Managers will take overall responsibility for the delivery and safety of race day. They will guide Station Managers whilst taking a wider view of event delivery.
  
  
• Station Manager: With 10 stations and 10 Station Managers, these leaders will take full ownership of their designated station. Their role will involve enforcing the movement standards, applying penalties, and directing traffic, all while motivating and supporting our team of Judges. Please note that Station Managers must commit to all live race dates to ensure consistency across the event.
  
  
• Lead Judge: Our Lead Judges are highly experienced officials or qualified PT’s who embody our commitment to elite movement standards. In this role, you will represent our efforts by ensuring consistency and providing oversight across the competition floor.
  
  
• Judge: Not a PT? Never judged before? No problem – we have room for everyone on our team! Working under the guidance of our Lead Judges and Station Managers, you will play a vital role in checking movement standards and supporting our participants throughout the event.
